Dayprogram Apeldoorn

The Apeldoorns Museum, which was built in 2003 to a design by Herman Herzberger, is an amalgamation of the Van Reekum Museum and the Historisch Museum Apeldoorn. CODA, as it is known, is a unique combination of library, museum and archive. The guided tour emphasises its new architecture along with the magnificent examples of Asian art, which are on loan from the Rijksmuseum and are shown in a completely new light. These works consist of Eastern sculptures that include a celebrated Chinese Bodhisattva, an Indian Shiva, extraordinary grave figures and countless bronze Buddhas along with wine casks, bronze clocks, Japanese lacquer work and Chinese porcelain.

This program also includes a visit to the splendid Kröller Müller Museum and a cycle tour of the Hoge Veluwe nature park!

Prices depending on your wishes and the number of participants.
