The theme of this bike tour is contemporary art, former industry and village architecture. Escorted by their guide, your guests board the ferry together with their bikes and sail across the IJ to the NDSM Shipyard in Amsterdam North.

After visiting the New Dakota gallery, which showcases contemporary art, we head for the former studio of famous Dutch sculptor André Volten, where his De Knoop (The Knot) sculpture still stands.

Gems of Amsterdam School architecture in Tuindorp Oostzaan make it seem as if time has stood still. A little further on the route leads past rural dike houses and examples of 1930s-style architecture that now serve as business premises for young entrepreneurs. The tour can conclude with drinks or dinner at the EYE Film Institute. As a long-standing partner of the EYE Film Institute, ARTTRA runs tours of current exhibitions.
